Have you ever had to make a spring vinaigrette? A couple of cooled boiled potatoes, a can of green peas, beets cooked aldente, fresh and pickled cucumbers, etc.
We decided this time to depart from the thematic principle and make the issue from those materials that for various reasons did not get into the previous issues. I won't even say that “we didn't expect it”. On the contrary, we had no doubt that we would get an amazing “spring vinaigrette”: issues of psoriasis, adolescent voice mutation and apnea, problems of alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency, dermatomycosis of the elderly and hyperuricemia. And also everything about heart attack in convenient schemes and tables, legal aspects of the application of clinical guidelines, tips on solving conflict situations in the team and much more.
But the highlight of the program, in my opinion, was the interview with the outstanding Russian cardiologist Professor Abram L. Syrkin on the eve of his 95th birthday. The editorial board of “NON NOCERE. New Therapeutic Journal” thanks the wonderful doctor for seventy years of service to our profession!
And to all who hold in their hands this issue, have a pleasant... almost said “appetite”! Enjoy reading!
Prof. I.V. Egorov
