Abstract:

This article is about the using of the centralization strategy for the purpose of the creation of the effective model of organizational structure for clinicodiagnostic laboratory (CDL) in the State-funded Institution of Health Care «Children’s Municipal Polyclinic No.133 of Moscow Health Care Department». It illustrates the problems connected with the absence of development strategy and offers of its solving. On the ground of the developed calculation methods, the author gives the economic and production indexes, which were reached as a result of the centralization strategy.
