THE HYPERPROLACTINEMIA AND PREGNANCY (A REVIEW)
А.А. Larina, О.R. Grigoryan, E.N. Andreeva, L.К. Dzeranova
The pregnancy is accompanied by serious hormonal transformations. Usually microprolactinomas and macroprolactinomas do not grow during pregnancy, but the risk of prolactinoma growth without surgery and radiotherapy can increase up to 31%. The appearance or aggravation of headache in addition to eye-sight losing is a serious reason for visual sectors studying and magnetic resonance tomography (without contrast).
Key words: hyperprolactinemia, pregnancy (page 12-16).
PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF PATIENTS WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF PCOS
E.N. Andreeva, E.V. Sheremetyeva, O.R. Grigoryan, I.I. Dedov
Polycystic ovary syndrome - a polymorphic disease, with an incidence in the population of 5 to 20%, and extremely variable clinical presentation. The risk of developing the psychological disorders in PCOS is 11.655.6%. In this context, an integrated psychosomatic approach to the management of patients with PCOS is recommended.
Key words: polycystic ovary syndrome, depression, anxiety, and psychology. (page 24-28).
THE ROLE OF SERUM CHLAMYDIAL ANTIBODIES IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF TUBAL PATHOLOGY
S.O. Dubrovina
The serological markers of persistent C. trachomatis infections are significantly more common in patients with tubal pathology compared to women without tubal pathology.
Key words: tubal pathology, Chlamydia trachomatis, immunoglobulins, persistent infection (page 29-32).
THE HEALTH OF CHILDREN CONCEIVED FOLLOWING ART (A REVIEW)
I.V. Mosyagina, L.V. Barabanova, V.S. Korsak
This review summarizes current evidence regarding the health of children conceived following ART, encompassing neonatal outcomes, the risk of congenital malformations, physical health and psychosocial well being. Many of the studies report that no significant differences were found between ART children and naturally conceived children. It is known that multiple births, a major drawback of ART, and physical health of parents make a major negative impact on the health of children. Follow-up of these children is necessary in order to evaluate the risks of infertility treatment using ART.
Key words: ART, IVF, neonatal outcomes, congenital malformations (page 42-45).
THE RESULTS OF PREIMPLANTATION GENETIC DIAGNOSIS BY THE METHOD OF COMPARATIVE GENOMIC HYBRIDIZATION WITH MICROCHIPS (ACGH)
Yu.G. Zubova, Yu.V. Strukov, S.V. Viatkina, Yu.K. Kamenetskaya, N.V. Kornilov, S.A. Shlykova, A.S. Kalugina
The results of preimplantation genetic diagnosis by the method of comparative genomic hybridization with microchips (aCGH) of embryos on a blastocyst stage are presented. Since november 2012 PGD by aCGH method was performed for 70 blastocysts of 11 patients. To April 2013 the selective transfer of one frozen-thawed embryo without any chromosomal abnormality was made to 4 patients. At present, three results are known: two clinical and one biochemical pregnancies.
Key words: PGD, aCGH, blastocyst (page 48-50).
THE INFLUENCE OF CONTROLLED OVARIAN STIMULATION ON MORPHOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF PREIMPLANTATION EMBRYOS
N. V. Leonov, L. L. Tikhonova
The article presents a comparative analysis of the gonadotropin (highly purified recombinant and urine derived) influence on the morphology of embryos at early cleavage stages. The research revealed that the usage of highly purified urine gonadotropin leads to the obtaining of a greater number of good-quality embryos on the second and third days of cultivation.
Key words: stimulation, gonadotropin, oocyte, embryo, morphology (page 51-53).
THE GLUTATHIONE METABOLIC CHARACTERISTICS IN IDIOPATHIC MALE INFERTILITY
E.F. Galimova
The state of the glutathione system in the ejaculate of patients with idiopathic infertility was analyzed. The definition of oxidized and reduced glutathione and the study of the enzyme activity was performed. The shift in balance [GSH]/[GSSG] due to inhibition of glutathione regenerating enzymes and activation of its decay was found. The possible methods of the correction of these disorders by modulating the activity of redox-sensitive signaling systems are discussed.
Key words: ejaculate, infertility, glutathione, glutathione peroxidase, glutathione reductase, glutathione-S-transferase, g-glutamyl transferase (page 54-62).
ANGIOGENESIS INVERSION IN PREGNANCY
V.A. Burlev
56 pregnant women at the age from 19 to 38 years with light iron clinical deficiency (ICD) were examined. 36 pregnant women with ICD and normal utero-placental blood flow (UPBF) were included in group 1 and 20 pregnant women with ICD and initial UPBF disorders were included in group 2. In each group the blood angiogenic growth factors were determined at 2224 weeks of pregnancy. Depending on the received data the complete or not complete form of angiogenesis inversion was established.
Key words: pregnancy, angiogenesis, utero-placental blood flow, iron clinical deficiency. (page 54-62)
THE RATIONAL APPROACH TO DELIVERY IN PRIMAGRAVIDA WOMEN OF 30 YEARS OLD AND OLDER
I.B. Manukhin, O.G. Ivanova, M.I. Kuznetsov. E.M. Kuznetsova
The retrospective analysis of delivery outcomes in primagravida women older 30 years is performed. The importance of operative delivery is defined; the comparative assessment of conservative and operative delivery outcomes is carried out. The tactics of delivery depends on individual factors of the perinatal risk.
Key words: primigravida, perinatal risk, e delivery (page 63-68).
THE PATHOGENETIC TREATMENT OF ENDOTOXEMIA IN PREGNANT WOMEN WITH PREECLAMPSIA
А.М. Torchinov V.P. Kuznetsov, S.G. Tsahilova, L.N. Ostaeva, D.H. Sarakhova
100 pregnant women with different clinical forms of preeclampsia were divided into 2 groups: 50 patients received multicomponent treatment including enterosorbents (a study group) and 50 patients treated without enterosorbents (a control group). The intensity of the endogenous intoxication was assessed with the help of medium-molecular-weight substances level, endotoxin level and antiendotoxic antibody titers in blood serum measuring. The significant increase of the gram-negative endobacterial lipopolysacharide immunoglobulins level and decrease of antiendotoxic antibody titers were obtained in study groups. The study demonstrates the effectiveness of the multicomponent treatment of preeclampsia with enterosorbents which results in prolonging of pregnancy for 2 to 3 weeks.
Key words: preeclampsia, endobacterial lipopolysacharide, endotoxin, enterosorbents (page 69-72).
