PRO- AND ANTIINFLAMMATORY ACTIVITY AT PATIENTS WITH PERITONEAL ENDOMETRIOSIS AND PELVIC PERITONEAL ADHESIONS
V.A. Burlev, E.D. Dubinskaya, N.A. Ilyasova, A.V. Burlev, A.S. Gasparov
Peritoneal adhesions are associated with increased pro-inflammatory activity of IL-1, IL-6, sgp130 at patients with inflammation and without endometriosis compared with patients with endometriosis and without inflammation. Anti-inflammatory expression of SOCS1 was higher at patients with endometriosis and without inflammation compared with patients with inflammation and without endometriosis.
Key words: endometriosis, inflammation , peritoneal adhesions (page 6—11)
THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THYROID FUNCTION AND FEMALE REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM IN IODINE DEFICIENCY
D.K. Najmutdinova, Sh.Sh. Nasirova, N.P. Adkhamova
One hundred and sixty nine females with reproductive disorders were observed. Thyroid dysfunction was revealed in 90.5% of patients. Disorders of menstrual cycle were found in 24.4%, infertility — in 75.6%. The main cause of reproductive disorders was subclinical hypothyroidism.
Key words: reproductive disorders, hypothyroidism, iodine deficiency (page 31—34)
ENDOMETRIAL RECEPTIVITY AT PATIENTS WITH ENDOMETRIOSIS-ASSOCIATED INFERTILITY
E.A. Kalinina, A.V. Kolotovkina, E.A. Kogan, L.V. Adamyan
The article is devoted to the problem of infertility in patients with endometriosis. The main changes of endometrial receptivity at women with endometriosis-associated infertility are presented.
Key words: endometriosis, infertility, endometrial receptivity, IVF (page 55—62).
LIPIDS OF SPERM AND SPERMOPLASMA IN EJACULATE OF INFERTILE MEN
M.Р. Antonov, V.V. Zhigulina
Lipids of sperms and spermoplasma in ejaculate of infertile men were investigated. The micro-thin-layer chromatography on silicagel was used. Serious alterations of lipid fractions were found both in sperms and plasma that might be a reason of male infertility.
Key words: ejaculate, lipids, chromatography, male infertility (page 71—75)
ANDROGENS DEFICIENCY IN MEN WITH OVERWEIGHT AND OBESITY
L.V. Osadchuk, A.V. Popova, O.V. Tumanik, M.A. Subotjalov, R.I. Aizman
118 men aged 20—45 years old were included in the study. It has been established that obesity was accompanied by an increased serum triglycerides, cholesterol, uric acid, gamma-glutamyl transferase concentrations and thymol-veronal test results indicating to metabolic disorders. The effect of BMI on serum testosterone concentrations was revealed. No influence on FSH, LH or estradiol levels was demonstrated. Overweight and obese men had a lower circulating testosterone in comparison with control group. There was a strong positive correlation between BMI and triglycerides, gamma-glutamyl transferase, thymol-veronal test results and negative correlation between BMI and testosterone level.
Key words: reproductive hormones, testosterone, metabolic syndrome, obesity, overweight (page 76—79)
GESTATIONAL KETOACIDOSIS IN PATIENTS WITH DIABETES MELLITUS
О.R. Grigoryan, E.V. Sheremetieva, E.N. Andreeva
During pregnancy ketoacidosis develops fast and may manifest after insignificant hyperglycemia. Laboratory diagnosis of this condition during pregnancy reduces the risks. To suspect the onset of diabetes and ketoacidosis during pregnancy at the initial stage is important. . Pregnant women with ketoacidosis need the intensive care. The therapy should be in accordance with biochemical parameters. Any comorbidity can be an additional risk factor for ketoacidosis.
Key words: diabetes mellitus, pregnancy, ketoacidosis (page 80—83)
THE CHANGES OF PROLACTIN MOLECULAR POLYMORPHISM AS A PREDICTOR OF PREGNANCY LOSS
E.A. Sosnova, L.M. Kerimli
The article presents a new diagnostic test which is not dependent on endogenous and exogenous progesterone level and allows to evaluate the implantation and the state of sincitiotrophoblast. Investigation of percentage ratio of prolactin isoforms during pregnancy was showed to predict a high risk of miscarriage.
Key words: pregnancy, molecular polymorphism of prolactin, macroprolactin, phenomenon of macroprolactinaemia (page 84—88)
PREMATURE RUPTURE OF THE MEMBRANES
N.V. Selina, L.Yu. Karahalis, M.D. Andreeva, D.V. Tomashewskiy
The methods of diagnosis of premature rupture of the membranes are presented. A comparison of the AmniSure® test and standard methods was made.
Key words: preterm delivery, preterm rupture of the membranes, AmniSure® test (page 89—91)
MOLECULAR MECHANISMS OF LABOR ACTIVITY REGULATION
T.G. Arutunyan, Z.A. Elzhorukaeva, V.A. Linde
100 parturient women were investigated (40 patients with physiological labor, 20 patients with urgent caesarian section and 40 patients with the planned caesarian section). The levels of substance P, neurokinins A and B, corticotropin-realising hormone, rellaxin, cortisol, prostaglandin F2, interleukins 6 and 8 in plasma and amniotic fluid in the first period of labor and during caesarian section were measured. It was shown that the increase of corticotropin-realising hormone, rellaxin and cortisol concentration in blood plasma along with low level of prostaglandin F2 in amniotic fluid promotes disorders of labor activity. Thus, the character of labor activity depends on not only the absolute amounts of bioactive substances but also on their correlation in the maternal blood and amniotic fluid.
Key words: corticotropin-realising hormone, rellaxin, caesarian section, labor activity (page 92—94)
DIFFERENTIATED APPROACH TO HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH PREMATURE OVARIAN INSUFFICIENCY
