THE INFLUENCE OF PHOSPHOLIPID TRANSPORT SYSTEM ON THE PARAMETERS OF EMBRYONIC DEVELOPMENT IN VIVO

M.S. Ryabtseva, O. V. Klimova, G.G. Barsegyan

The influence of phospholipid transport system (PLTS) on murine embryonic development was investigated. It was shown that intraperitoneal injection of 5.2 g/kg or 10.25 g/kg PLTS from the 1st to 17th days of gestation , exceeding the therapeutic dose in 10 and 20 times, does not alter the embryos implantation and survival. The dose of 10.25 g/kg leads to fetuses hypertrophy, acceleration of skeleton ossification and causes the head pathology.

Key words: liposomes, embryo toxicity, mouse, in vivo (page 22—26)

THE ANALYSIS OF LIFE QUALITY IN PATIENTS WITH ANDROGENIC DERMOPATHY BEFORE AND AFTER TREATMENT

E.M. Kuznetsova, I.B. Manukhin, M.A. Gevorkyan, E.I. Manukhina
