The review summarizes and systematizes the current data related to etiology, clinical picture of paranasal mucocele, as well as devoted to the diagnosis, treatment of this pathology, including the application of intraoperative navigation in endoscopic endonasal surgery. The results of modern researches and clinical case, demonstrating the importance of computer navigation use in endoscopic endonasal removing fronto-orbital mucocele, are presented.
