Uterine myomas are the most common benign tumor of the female reproductive organs, which can often cause infertility. The purpose of this review is to assess reproductive outcomes after using different abdominal myomectomy techniques. The study of this problem will allow assessing the effectiveness, safety, long-term consequences and impact on fertility with laparoscopic, laparotomic, minilaparotomic and robot-assisted access during myomectomy.
